First thing to note, I was told he would arrive at 9 a.m. he was here 5 min prior. Geez you know it's off to a great start. Eric was professional, even had boot covers upon entry. He did a thorough diagnosis. The diagnosis cost was $39. No, this wasn't service call $39, then an additional cost for diagnosis. This was both. Very comfy Eric did an awesome job as I'm familiar with my HVAC system. Built in 2005, so this wasn't my first issue, or 5th. You never want to see a repair person, but if I have to again, it'll be Eric. Take care, and Happy Warm New Year!!
