Here’s How It Works:

• We will perform two 15 point tune-ups per year, one for cooling and one for heating. Your heating tune-up will take place during the fall and your cooling tune-up in the spring. Your membership also includes a complimentary plumbing visit.
• During each visit, our technicians will perform a number of preventive tasks, such as: checking the electrical and mechanical components, replacing or cleaning the customer supplied air filter, testing all major components for safety
  and performance, lubricating and tightening parts and much more.
• At the end of each visit, your technician will provide a detailed report, explain the overall condition of your unit and answer any questions you may have. Your tune-up includes minor
  corrections and adjustments to keep your equipment in optimal condition. If your
  technician detects any larger issues that would require repair service, he or she will walk you through your options and obtain your approval before performing any repairs.

We’re committed to making maintenance affordable and accessible to everyone. That’s why our membership is just $17/month. Whether you have two systems or four, this is a flat fee that will remain the same.
